Founded in 2020, the Roosevelt Room was born out of a passion for creating unforgettable dining moments. With a vision to offer a unique blend of flavors, artful presentations, and a welcoming ambiance, our journey began. What started as a humble endeavor has evolved into a culinary haven that celebrates food, culture, and community.

PK’s Roosevelt Room embraces the historic and timeless charm of Saint Augustine. Situated on St. Georges Street in the heart of downtown, our venue features exposed brick from 1914, a one-hundred-year-old year old tin embossed ceiling, crystal chandeliers, and a grand staircase, providing the perfect canvas to customize for your occasion.
